Testimonials

I have been going to Lisa for several years now and have received Craniosacral Therapy, Shiatsu, Raindrop Technique, Cupping, & Chakra Balancing.  This has all helped to balance my body.  The Raindrop has helped with my allergies and to keep my scoliosis in check.  By rotating every two weeks between Shiatsu & Raindrop I have felt so much better and have had less back issues.  Lisa is very knowledgeable and will always take time to discuss your health/body concerns and she wants the best for you and your body.  She is very willing to go the extra mile.   MB, Cleveland

I have been receiving regular Shiatsu sessions from Lisa for several years now because it keeps me feeling level and balanced emotionally and physically.  It releases pent up stress in my body.  It's like a big exhale for me. AK, Nicollet

I love receiving Shiatsu Massage because it doesn't try to force my body but it relaxes everything down so my body can do the healing it was made to do. DC, Mankato

I have been seeing Lisa for over a year and she has really helped my body heal.  After every session I feel so energized and radiant!  My job is very physically demanding and Lisa is sure to pay close attention to the areas that need a little more love and attention.  She is also very gentle and her massage space feels very safe, warm and inviting.  I highly recommend Lisa and her healing touch with Shiatsu! I have struggled with severe depression, anxiety, and medical problems since I was 4 years old.  I've tried many therapies before (many of which have worsened my symptoms) so I admit I didn't have high hopes.  However, Lisa kindly walked me through everything and explained things and I decided to give Shiatsu a shot.  Right away afterwards, I could tell I felt different, but it wasn't until I drove away that I realized the constant fireball of nausea I had in my stomach for a month straight was GONE.  Once I got out of my car and started walking around, I realized I felt, well... more "grounded", almost as if my center of gravity was lower and I was able to move and function better.  I've been stuck in "fight of flight" mode for my entire life, and this is the first glimpse I've had of what being "relaxed" must feel like.  It's so nice to finally have hope.  CH, Mankato
